About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Provide comprehensive support to clients during the onboarding process of SwiftMR, including setup and configuration.
  • Optimize MRI imaging parameters to reduce scanning time and improve image quality.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to product usage, image quality, and connectivity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they maximize the use of SwiftMR.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to enhance their ability to support and promote SwiftMR.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Participate in the development of sales strategies and forecasts.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in MRI technology and AI applications in healthcare.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in customer success, preferably in the medical device or healthcare technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of MRI technology and its applications in healthcare.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and a good understanding of English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Experience with remote work tools and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically in Japan as required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP) and server administration (PACS).
  • Background in startup environments or experience working with global teams.
  • Certification in MRI technology or a related field.
  • Experience with digital marketing and sales strategies.
