Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Loan Processor to support our mortgage loan files and ensure a smooth closing process. This role starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Process loan files from approval to closing
  • Review documents and complete loan requirements
  • Communicate with borrowers to collect needed documents
  • Work with Loan Officers and Underwriters to keep files moving
  • Update loan information in the system (Byte)
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all files

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of loan processing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple files at once

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Byte (LOS) is a plus
