About the Role
The Jr. Media Buyer position at MRO MaryRuth, LLC is a dynamic role that involves the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across various platforms. As a key member of the marketing team, the successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement media strategies that drive business growth. The role is remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, and reports to the Senior Media Buyer.Day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, analyzing campaign performance data to inform future media buys, and collaborating with the creative team to ensure seamless campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including paid social, search, and display advertising.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive media plans that align with the company's marketing objectives
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize media buys and improve ROI
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the creative team and account managers
- Manage and maintain relationships with media vendors and suppliers
- Stay current with industry developments and emerging trends in digital media
- Assist in the development of campaign reporting and analysis
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for media campaigns
- Assist in the management of media budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in media buying or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including paid social, search, and display advertising
- Experience with media buying tools and platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
- Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data and optimize media buys
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they impact media campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Ads
