About the Role
At Leapsome, the Junior Brand and Marketing Designer plays a pivotal role in bringing the company's brand and marketing vision to life. This role is designed for a talented and ambitious individual who is eager to grow and develop their design skills within a dynamic and innovative environment. As part of the design team, the successful candidate will work closely with the Design Lead to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality marketing assets that align with Leapsome's brand guidelines. The role is initially offered as a 1-year fixed-term contract, with potential for extension or transition to a permanent position based on performance.The Junior Brand and Marketing Designer will be integral to the development and execution of Leapsome's marketing strategy, ensuring consistency and coherence across all brand touchpoints. This involves not only creating visually appealing and impactful designs but also exploring and implementing AI-powered design tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.
What You Will Do
- Execute and deliver high-quality B2B marketing assets, including LinkedIn ads, webinar slides, campaign visuals, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the Design Lead to bring ideas to life across brand and marketing touchpoints, focusing on consistency and long-term visual evolution.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to transform concepts into high-fidelity visuals, ensuring pixel-perfect assets and collaborating on UI/UX projects in Figma.
- Take the lead in exploring, testing, and implementing AI-powered design tools, providing clear recommendations on their use and benefits.
- Continuously refine assets based on feedback, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Clearly articulate design decisions and project progress, ensuring alignment across marketing and design teams.
- Apply design skills in a product-centric environment, focusing on consistency and the long-term visual evolution of Leapsome's brand.
- Develop and maintain structured communication to ensure seamless collaboration with various teams.
- Identify areas for improvement in the design process and suggest innovative solutions.

What We Are Looking For
- Foundational experience in graphic design, ideally within a B2B marketing team or product-focused setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with mastery in creating high-quality visual output.
