What You Will Do
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Support root cause analysis and performance investigations
- Assist in KPI tracking, data quality checks, and governance processes
- Build and maintain business intelligence reports and apply statistical analysis fundamentals
- Serve as the data resource for the commercial and account management teams
- Write and maintain SQL queries using joins, CTEs, and window functions
- Support query optimization and performance improvements
- Work within existing data models and warehouse structures to extract and transform data for reporting needs
- Document data logic and query definitions to support data validation and reconciliation efforts
- Help enhance and maintain scenario models under guidance
- Track and report on forecast accuracy
- Build and maintain dashboards and standard reports
- Develop clear, accurate data visualizations following best practices
What We Are Looking For
- 2 or more years of experience in an analytics or data-focused role
- SQL proficiency including joins, CTEs, and window functions
- Experience with Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Redshift, and Databricks
- Ability to gather and document business requirements, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to business case development
- Ability to present findings clearly, translate data outputs into plain-language summaries, and develop supporting materials for executive presentations
- Comfortable forming and testing hypotheses with guidance and development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
