About the Role

The Junior Business Developer role at LittleBig Connection is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth. As a Junior Business Developer, you will be responsible for managing client requirements, identifying and prospecting new strategic customer accounts, and driving growth and opening new opportunities. You will work closely with the growth team to identify potential cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with external partners to meet customer needs.

The role entails working in a fast-paced, international environment, with a strong focus on digital skills, remote work, and state-of-the-art automation and AI processes. You will be part of a young and international team, with colleagues on all 5 continents, and will have the opportunity to work on high-value-added strategic projects with a concrete business impact.

What You Will Do

  • Manage client requirements for talents, ensuring seamless matching with offers from partners' community
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new strategic customer accounts, driving growth and opening new opportunities
  • Build and maintain a community of external partners, including freelancers, consulting firms, recruitment firms, and staffing agencies
  • Foster strong business relationships with partners and customers, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and provider proposals
  • Oversee all projects within your scope, managing the financial aspects of your profit center
  • Develop and manage your customer portfolio through outreach channels, such as email, phone, and social networks
  • Present LittleBig Connection's solutions to various targets, ensuring adoption and collaboration with the growth team
  • Participate in lead generation activities and utilize lead generation tools to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the growth team to identify potential cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or University
  • Strong desire to grow within a scale-up environment, with a passion for B2B prospection
  • Experience in business development, with enthusiasm for digital skills and remote work
  • Interest in a team-oriented adventure, with responsibility and autonomy
  • English fluent, with another language being a plus
  • Experience or interest in the technology industry, software publishing, or working internationally
  • Strong business acumen, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on results and growth
  • Proficiency in digital tools, such as CRM software, lead generation tools, and project management platforms
