About the Role

Client Accelerators is seeking a Junior Creative Strategist to lead creative ideation and performance across their elite portfolio of founder-led clients.

Responsibilities

  • Own monthly projections for creative concepts and ensure 95%+ of forecasted concepts are fully ideated, scripted, and launched at or under the target cost per concept
  • Lead creative brainstorming to turn client insights into breakthrough ad ideas that convert
  • Maintain a 20% win rate across all new creative concepts launched monthly
  • Lead a team of copywriters, videographers, and designers—ensuring 90% of team members hit their monthly KPIs
