About the Role
The Junior Customer Support Specialist position at Priceloop is a critical component of the company's mission to empower business managers through data-driven decision-making. As the first hire in the Customer Support function, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customers have a seamless experience with the platform. Your expertise in managing customer relationships, coupled with your proficiency in German and English, will make you an invaluable asset to the team.Day-to-day, you will be responsible for leading customers through the onboarding process, addressing their queries, and troubleshooting issues. Your ability to work autonomously, combined with your capacity for teamwork, will enable you to collaborate effectively with the Product and Engineering teams to resolve customer inquiries. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing the CRM system, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and organized.

What You Will Do
- Lead customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues via email, phone, or Zoom
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to solve customer tickets and other inquiries
- Manage the CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency
- Analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Create and maintain documentation for customer support processes and procedures
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the platform and support tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, applying this knowledge to improve customer support
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in German, with good English skills
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B/SaaS environment
- Familiarity with customer service ticketing tools, such as Hubspot, Dixa, or Zendesk
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Interest in learning about Business-to-Business Software as a Service and e-commerce pricing
- Experience with CRM systems and data management
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively

- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Prior experience working in a remote team environment
