About the Role
As a Junior Director at Newhouse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing client influencer outreach programs, identifying key influencers, and building relationships. You will work closely with various teams, including Experiential, PR, Social, and Creative, to launch innovative influencer programs. Your expertise in influencer marketing will help drive the department's expansion and success.The role entails a high level of collaboration, creativity, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for developing actionable go-to-market strategies, monitoring program quality control, and coordinating legal and contract negotiations. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
- Collaborate across teams to launch cutting-edge influencer programs
- Develop actionable go-to-market strategies for clients
- Identify influencers for campaigns with rationales and content briefs
- Monitor program quality control, creative direction, and adherence to strategic pillars
- Coordinate legal and contract negotiations with influencers
- Assist with client presentations for new campaigns
- Assist and/or manage in-person events
- Compile coverage for reporting and weekly status calls
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the industry
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers
- Develop and manage influencer marketing budgets
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in the industry with a focus on influencer marketing
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Driven and results-oriented attitude with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, while still working within a team environment
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other marketing tools
- Experience working with entertainment clientele
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate influencer contracts and manage budgets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with social media management tools
- Knowledge of content creation and creative direction
