Job Description

About the Role

The Junior Google DialogFlow Engineer will be part of Miratech's Bot Development team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying chatbots and voice bots that utilize leading Conversational AI platforms. This role is crucial for building next-generation conversational AI solutions that can seamlessly interact with users across various cloud platforms. As part of this team, you will work closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements and user expectations. Your day-to-day activities will include crafting clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and standards.

In this context, staying updated with the latest advancements in chatbot development is essential. The role requires a deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML) techniques, and the integration of chatbot systems with backend systems, databases, and APIs. The Junior Google DialogFlow Engineer will also be responsible for investigating and resolving complex technical issues by analyzing logs and debugging code for continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Google DialogFlow and other leading platforms.
  • Craft clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and standards.
  • Develop custom components and tools to optimize the functionality and performance of the chatbot ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements and user expectations.
  • Leverage NLP, ML techniques, including TTS, STT, and SSML, to enable chatbots to comprehend and respond intelligently to user inputs.
  • Integrate chatbot systems seamlessly with backend systems, databases, and APIs.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues by analyzing logs and debugging code.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot development.
  • Participate in the development of technical documentation and contribute to the improvement of the development process.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in developing conversational AI solutions using Google DialogFlow or similar platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
  • Experience with NLP and ML techniques, including TTS, STT, and SSML.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or AWS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework or other conversational AI platforms.
  • Knowledge of front-end development frameworks and libraries like React or Angular.
  • Certification in Google DialogFlow or similar technologies.
