What You Will Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies for a portfolio of clients
- Provide expert guidance on HR and legal compliance, risk management, and employee relations
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results and drive business outcomes
- Utilize AI-driven tools to optimize HR processes and drive efficiency
- Manage complex reactive queries, including terminations, investigations, and disciplinary matters
- Conduct compliance audits to ensure employment contracts and policies remain legally sound and consistent
- Develop and deliver strategic HR plans, review performance frameworks, and drive employee engagement
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of client needs and preferences
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong background in HR principles, including employment law and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AI-driven tools and technology
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
Nice to Have
