As a member of the legal team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance on product and marketing compliance, consumer protection, and contracts. You will be responsible for researching and analyzing potential legal risks in the company's jurisdictions of operation, implementing legal compliance in various areas of business operations, and drafting and revising commercial contracts and internal policies.

What You Will Do
- Research and analyze potential legal risks in the company's jurisdictions of operation
- Implement legal compliance in various areas of business operations, including marketing, payment, consumer rights, and physical goods development and production
- Draft and revise commercial contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents
- Raise awareness about legal requirements and provide training to non-legal stakeholders
- Build legal processes with positive ROI to enhance service quality and manage risks
- Communicate with business partners, law firms, and service providers from different jurisdictions
- Provide expert legal guidance on product and marketing compliance, consumer protection, and contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement company-wide initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory changes and developments in the industry
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant experience with an international or top-tier law firm or IT product company
- Fluent English, including legal drafting
- Initiative and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters and to think creatively to solve complex legal issues
- Result-oriented, well-organized, and self-starter
- Skillful translator of complex legal issues into plain business solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with consumer protection laws in the USA and EU, including the FTC Act, ROSCA, and OMNIBUS Directive
- Expertise advising companies through the life cycle of business operations, including compliance and intellectual property matters
Nice to Have
- Experience working with global companies and navigating complex regulatory environments
- Knowledge of multiple jurisdictions and the ability to provide legal guidance on a global scale
- Certification in a relevant field, such as data protection or intellectual property law
- Experience with contract management and negotiation
