Junior Linguistics Expert - Freelance AI Trainer

About the Role

In this context, your day-to-day tasks will involve working closely with project guidelines, crafting original and fact-checked responses, and generating prompts that challenge AI. What You Will Do

• Craft original, clear, and fact-checked responses based on project guidelines
• Generate prompts that challenge AI to improve its reasoning and logic
• Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI's answers
• Follow style and quality standards to ensure consistency across all project tasks
• Collaborate with the project team to discuss progress, address challenges, and share insights
• Work independently to complete tasks within the projected timeframe
• Maintain open communication with the project manager regarding any questions or concerns
• Continuously update your knowledge of linguistics and AI systems to enhance your contributions
• Participate in project-based evaluations to assess the effectiveness of AI models
• Contribute to the development of best practices for AI training and evaluation

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, Translation Studies, Literature, or a related field
• At least 1 year of professional experience in Linguistics, Research in Computational Linguistics, Translation Projects, or a related field
• Strong written English skills (C1/C2 level)
• Stable internet connection for remote work
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Experience with text analysis and evaluation
• Familiarity with AI systems and machine learning principles
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new project requirements

Nice to Have
