What You Will Do
- Craft original, clear, and fact-checked responses based on project guidelines
- Generate prompts that challenge AI models and help them learn
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of AI-generated text
- Follow style and quality standards to ensure consistency across projects
- Work closely with the Mindrift team to understand project objectives and requirements
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of linguistic principles and AI systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI and linguistics
- Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality output
- Collaborate with other contributors to achieve project goals
- Provide feedback and insights to help improve AI models and systems
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, Translation Studies, Literature, or a related field
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Linguistics, Research in Computational Linguistics, Translation Projects, or a related field
- Strong written English skills, with a proficiency level of C1/C2
- Stable internet connection and ability to work remotely
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of AI systems and machine learning algorithms
- Experience with language learning or teaching
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
Nice to Have
- Experience with natural language processing or machine learning
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java
- Familiarity with data annotation or labeling
- Experience with cloud-based platforms or tools
