What You Will Do
- Assist in building and launching LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Apply audience targeting parameters as directed
- Ensure campaigns are correctly configured before going live
- Support the preparation of ad copy and creative briefs
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure assets are ready and meet platform requirements
- Track daily campaign delivery and key performance metrics
- Flag issues or budget concerns to senior team members for review
- Help compile performance data into weekly and monthly reports
- Maintain templates and trackers to support the team in client reporting
- Assist with platform account management and basic tracking verification tasks under senior guidance
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Up to 1 year of experience in paid social or digital advertising
- Fresh graduates with an interest in B2B marketing are welcome to apply
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager or similar advertising platforms
- Comfortable with spreadsheets for reporting and data tracking
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Organised and deadline-conscious
- Good written communication skills
