## About the Role Topstep is seeking a Junior Manual QA Engineer to join their quality team in ensuring the delivery of reliable, high-quality experiences to users. This role involves testing features across web applications, identifying bugs, and working closely with engineers and product teams.
## Responsibilities - Execute manual test cases to validate functionality, usability, and quality across web applications.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases, usability issues, and potential bugs.
- Document and report bugs clearly with detailed reproduction steps, screenshots, and expected vs actual behavior.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand feature requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Verify bug fixes and participate in regression testing before releases.

- Proficient in Excel.
