About the Role

The Junior ML Engineer role at Work Force Nexus is a unique opportunity for a skilled machine learning specialist to join a team of innovative professionals. As a Junior ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions that meet the company's goals.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and other frameworks
  • Collaborate with data scientists to design and implement data pipelines and architectures

  • Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to measure model performance
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for machine learning models and workflows

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in machine learning or a related field
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in TensorFlow or other machine learning frameworks
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Google Cloud
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues
