About the Role
The Junior Performance Marketing Manager role at Glow25 is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and analytical individual to join a fast-growing beauty and pro-aging company. As a key member of the Performance Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns across international markets. Your day-to-day tasks will include campaign planning, execution, and analysis, as well as collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive high-performing campaigns.Glow25 is committed to creating a dynamic and inspiring work environment that fosters growth and creativity. As a Junior Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping the company achieve its ambitious goals.
What You Will Do
- Set up, manage, and optimize Paid Social campaigns (primarily Meta and TikTok) independently, including targeting, bidding, creative selection, and campaign publishing.
- Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and improve performance, communicating results in a clear and structured way.
- Plan and run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and ad copy to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Support the setup, testing, and scaling of new paid channels such as Outbrain or Affiliate, driving cross-channel integration.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Creative, Copy, Data) and external partners to develop and execute high-performing campaigns across the full customer journey.
- Work closely with the Data team to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, applying this knowledge to optimize campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's target audience, using this insight to inform campaign strategy.
- Manage campaign budgets, defining target audiences and making performance optimizations as needed.
- Conduct simple funnel analyses and understand UTM parameters to track campaign performance.
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of professional experience in performance marketing or a related field, with a strong willingness to continue learning.
- Confident English (C1 or higher) and German (B2 or higher) language skills for effective day-to-day collaboration.
- Solid understanding of data-driven marketing and key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and bROAS, as well as basic funnel concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, and ideally also with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or similar tools.
- Ability to set up campaigns in a structured way, manage budgets, define target audiences, and make performance optimizations.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), understanding of UTM parameters, and ability to conduct simple funnel analyses.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Excel/Google Sheets, and a basic understanding of tracking and attribution.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana is a plus.

- Experience with campaign automation and optimization tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and data querying languages.
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI applications in marketing.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads.
