About the Role

The Junior Power BI Developer role at KGS Technology Group Inc is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about data analysis and visualization. What You Will Do

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop
  • Build Analysis Services reporting models and connect data sources

  • Implement row-level security and understand application security layer models in Power BI
  • Develop tabular and multidimensional models compatible with data warehouse standards
  • Design and implement reporting models in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Create visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop
  • Connect with internal teams and clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and design methodologies

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Power BI development or a related field
  • Strong foundation in data analysis, visualization, and communication
  • Expertise in using advanced-level calculations on data sets
  • Experience with DAX queries in Power BI desktop
  • Understanding of application security layer models in Power BI
  • Ability to implement row-level security on data
