About the Role
The Junior Product Owner role at Castille Resources is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in the data management and analytics sector. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality and completeness of data submitted by reporting entities, as well as coordinating with the in-house technology team and system vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements. Your day-to-day tasks will include onboarding new users, monitoring submissions, and providing guidance to ensure data accuracy.The team you will be working with is dedicated to delivering high-quality results and is passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions. What You Will Do
- Assist in daily tasks, including onboarding of users and monitoring submissions
- Oversee quality and completeness of data submitted by reporting entities by performing additional checks and providing guidance
- Handle routine correspondence and inquiries from reporting entities and authorities
- Coordinate with the in-house technology team and system vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements
- Contribute to the continuous development of the register by identifying areas for improvement, eliciting user feedback, and testing
- Assist in preparing reports and data summaries
- Support in the drafting of documentation and user guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics
What We Are Looking For
- An MQF Level 5 qualification in Financial Services, Economics, European Studies, Auditing, Statistics, Computer Science, or any other relevant qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in data analysis and validation
- Experience in one of the following domains: AML, compliance, banking, or service management
- Familiarity with relevant EU Directives and related domestic legislation that govern financial services
- Conversancy with high-level database concepts and queries
- Experience with requirements analysis and user acceptance testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Certification in data management or a related field
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies and platforms
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices
