What You Will Do
- Support engagement leads with the day-to-day coordination of active projects
- Help track project tasks, timelines, action items, and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain clear, accurate project documentation, notes, and status updates
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and client stakeholders in clear, fluent English
- Assist in scheduling meetings, capturing follow-ups, and keeping stakeholders informed
- Help ensure information flows smoothly between the engagement lead, internal team, and the client
- Learn and apply Allshore Talent's project processes, tools, and best practices over time
- Proactively flag risks, blockers, or gaps to the engagement lead
- Provide reliable behind-the-scenes support that keeps engagements running smoothly
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
