About the Role

C4Media is seeking a motivated Junior Project Coordinator to join their global team. This role will provide essential support for their expanding online learning and certification cohorts.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for learners, distributing onboarding materials, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Logistics Assistance: Maintain digital learning environments, including Zoom room administration, Google Drive organization, and Slack communications.
  • Editorial Pipeline Support: Coordinate 'Capstone' learning projects by collecting participant bios, tracking deadlines, and sharing information with the internal editorial team.
  • Trainer Coordination: Provide administrative support to facilitators by ensuring session materials are organized and sessions are ready to launch.
  • Data Entry & Tracking: Assist in keeping databases accurate by tracking attendance, distributing feedback surveys, and compiling results for program reports.

Requirements

Professional experience, skills, and education in a related field, with a strong foundation in Excel.
