About the Role
C4Media Inc. is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to provide essential support for their expanding online learning and certification cohorts.Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations of online learning cohorts, including customer service and logistics
- Maintain digital learning environments, such as Zoom room administration and Google Drive organization
- Support the coordination of learning projects, including collecting participant bios and tracking deadlines
- Provide administrative support to facilitators, ensuring session materials are organized
- Assist with data entry and tracking, including attendance and feedback surveys
Requirements
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Customer-first mindset, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort with remote productivity tools, such as Google Workspace and Slack
- Recent degree or 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
