## About the Role C4Media Inc. is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to join their global team, providing essential support for online learning and certification cohorts. ## Responsibilities - Assist with daily operations of online learning cohorts - Act as a first point of contact for learners, distributing onboarding materials and answering inquiries - Maintain digital learning environments, including Zoom room administration and Google Drive organization - Support the coordination of 'Capstone' learning projects and provide administrative support to facilitators - Assist in keeping databases accurate, tracking attendance, and distributing feedback surveys ## Requirements - Excellent English proficiency (written & spoken) - Customer-first mindset with sharp attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills - Comfort with remote productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Slack - Recent degree or 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer-facing role - Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn
