About the Role

The junior project manager role at ASG International is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual to support the delivery of campaigns, installations, and operational projects. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing projects from brief to delivery, maintaining project plans and schedules, and coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders. What You Will Do

  • Manage projects from brief to delivery, supporting larger campaign executions and ensuring projects stay on track and within budget
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, and key documentation, including project updates, reports, and completion documentation
  • Coordinate UK and European installation projects, including resource planning, scheduling, and logistics management
  • Support on-site project delivery and provide project updates, reports, and completion documentation
  • Prepare RAMS, coordinate permits and equipment requirements, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, providing clear communication throughout project lifecycles
  • Support KPI reporting, project reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain project management documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of projects
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans and solutions as needed
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including budget, schedule, and quality metrics

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience as a project coordinator, project administrator, junior project manager, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience in building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail, with experience in managing project documentation and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Experience within marketing, events, retail, experiential, production, or installation projects would be advantageous
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management tools and software, including Asana, Trello, or similar platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or project management

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to develop and maintain dashboards and metrics
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and principles
  • Certification in project management, such as PRINCE2 or PMP
  • Experience with creative project management, including the coordination of design, video, and content projects
