About the Role
The Junior Project Manager position at Scandiweb is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in project management. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing ecommerce projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.The role entails day-to-day management of project tasks, coordination with team members, and communication with stakeholders. You will be responsible for converting high-level user stories into smaller tasks, scheduling and facilitating team processes, and maintaining a friendly ambiance within the team.

What You Will Do
- Convert high-level user stories into smaller tasks, ensuring that tasks align with the capabilities of the platform
- Schedule and facilitate team processes, including daily standup, sprint planning, and demos
- Maintain a friendly ambiance within the team, engaging with the Events Team to arrange ice-breaking or celebratory events
- Notify the Senior Project Manager or Delivery Manager of any issues or concerns
- Complete onboarding and starter training courses to ensure a smooth transition into the role
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans and status reports
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met
