Job Description

About the Role

The Junior Recruiter Internship at Grail Talent is a 3-month internship that plays a key role in supporting the recruitment team. As a Junior Recruiter Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment operations. You will gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing creator economy and work with a team that connects diverse content creators with digital marketing opportunities.

The recruitment team at Grail Talent is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent managers and creator industry professionals. As a Junior Recruiter Intern, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with experienced recruiters and talent professionals to achieve the company's recruitment goals.

Grail Talent is an Influencer Management Agency that works with some of the biggest players in the music and new media industry, including Sony Music Entertainment and Amazon Prime Video. What You Will Do

  • Source and identify potential candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and industry communities
  • Screen applications and conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system
  • Support the recruitment team with candidate research, talent mapping, and pipeline management
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Participate in team meetings, interview debriefs, and hiring strategy discussions
  • Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience across the hiring journey
  • Utilize Excel to track and analyze recruitment data
