About the Role
The Junior Recruiter position at Name is a critical component of the company's recruitment process. As a Junior Recruiter, you will work closely with the center operations leadership to source and recruit qualified candidates for assigned centers. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about building relationships, identifying top talent, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic organization.In this fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates, as well as building relationships with community representatives, colleges, and universities. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in this role.
The Junior Recruiter will report to the Lead Recruiter and TA Manager, and will be an integral part of the recruitment team. As such, you will be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and to contribute to the development of new recruitment strategies and initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under the guidance of the Lead Recruiter and TA Manager
- Build active and passive applicant pipelines through research, community outreach, and professional networking
- Source, interview, and hire candidates using a variety of methods, including phone, video conferencing, and in-person interviews
- Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Develop strategic relationships with hiring managers, center operations leadership, and other stakeholders
- Create weekly activity reports and consistently meet or exceed weekly goals set by the department
- Participate in recruiting meetings with the Talent Acquisition team, Operations, and Corporate Leadership
- Represent Name professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and contribute to the development of new recruitment strategies and initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
- English proficiency, both verbal and written communication skills
- College coursework up to Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Industry certification(s) from institutions such as SHRM, AIRS, or The Recruiter Academy preferred
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work with individuals of all levels
- Strong time management skills and a process-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
