The Junior Sales & Business Development Associate role at PharmaBoardroom is a unique opportunity to join a global B2B thought-leadership media company that provides industry leaders with high-level insights into healthcare and life sciences markets worldwide. As a key member of the team, you will support the development of high-profile B2B reports through reaching out to C-suite executives for exclusive interviews across the Americas and EMEA. Your day-to-day activities will involve initiating first contact with industry executives and policymakers, implementing a multi-channel business development and prospecting strategy, and interacting with media and PR teams from global firms.The role is part of a dynamic team that values autonomy, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and Senior management on client meetings and contribute to the company's business development activities across markets. As a remote contractor, you will be expected to be self-motivated and disciplined, with a high level of organization and time management skills.

What You Will Do
- Initiate first contact with industry executives and policymakers to schedule exclusive interviews
- Implement a multi-channel business development and prospecting strategy through emailing, social media, PharmaBoardroom's database, and direct calls
- Interact with media and PR teams from global firms, organizing presentation decks and taking pitch calls
- Join the CEO and Senior management on client meetings, with the possibility of travel for short assignments
- Provide regular reporting of business activity, including contacts, activity, pipeline, and brief reports through the company's CRM system
- Identify and partner with regional conferences to strengthen PharmaBoardroom's reach and presence
- Contribute to the development of high-profile B2B reports, including research and data analysis
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business development goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare and life sciences industry, including trends and developments
What We Are Looking For
- A university degree, preferably in business or life sciences
- Fluency in business English, with Spanish, French, German, or Arabic being a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of autonomy, with a passion for learning and enthusiasm for the role
- A dynamic approach to prospecting, with a strong work ethic and professional etiquette
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Experience with Excel and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies
