About the Role
The Junior Supply Chain Analyst role at Helic & Co is a critical part of the company's operations team, responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. What You Will Do

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key supply chain metrics, including inventory levels, shipping times, and supplier performance

- Participate in the development of strategic plans and budgets, providing input on supply chain operations and recommendations for investment
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices in supply chain management
- Develop and implement training programs to educate internal stakeholders on supply chain processes and procedures
- Manage and maintain databases and systems used for supply chain management, including ERP and CRM systems
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations, laws, and industry standards that affect supply chain operations, and ensure compliance
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including ERP and CRM systems, spreadsheet software, and data visualization tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different time zones
- Certification in supply chain management, such as APICS or ISM, is an asset but not required
