About the Role

As a Junior Web Designer at INFUSE, you will be responsible for creating an effective and appealing visual design for websites or applications, developing user interfaces, and visual content for the company's clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with the design team to conceptualize and develop innovative designs, working with ready-made templates or without templates, and designing email layouts. Your role will be crucial in supporting and enhancing campaign goals, and you will have the opportunity to work with top-tier clients.

What You Will Do

  • Create simple landing pages from ready-made templates or without templates
  • Design email layouts and email designs
  • Develop banners and full-fledged landing pages based on the client's website
  • Design interfaces for internal company needs
  • Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop innovative designs
  • Work with the development team to ensure design files are properly implemented
  • Participate in design discussions and provide feedback to colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
  • Assist in the development of design guidelines and standards

What We Are Looking For

  • Knowledge of design theory, typography, and color
  • Proficiency in graphic design programs such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator
  • Ability to work with HTML/CSS and basic knowledge of other programming languages used for web development
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate with other departments
  • Experience working with UX/UI design
  • Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
