- Set up and manage your own letselschade practice
- Collaborate with a team of experts to support victims in drafting and substantiating claims
- Provide high-quality legal services to clients

What We Are Looking For
- A completed university degree in law or a related field
- The NIVRE training (or near completion)
- At least 5 years of experience in letselschade law
- Excellent communication and social skills
- A strong passion for supporting victims and achieving fair compensation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
- A valid driver's license (category B)
- Strong digital skills and ability to work remotely
- Empathy and strong interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with digital tools and software
- Knowledge of the latest developments in letselschade law
- A strong network of contacts within the legal industry
- Experience in managing a team or leading projects
- Certification in a related field (e.g., law, mediation)
