Kantata/Mavenlink Implementation Consultant

About the Role

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve working closely with the implementation team to design, build, and maintain scalable techno-functional solutions. This will require a deep understanding of Professional Services business concepts, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into solution design.

What You Will Do

• Design and build scalable techno-functional solutions for Professional Services Automation
• Develop, debug, support, maintain, and test Kantata/Mavenlink functionality, managed applications, and connected applications
• Participate in key phases of the software development lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, code development, testing, deployment, and production support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document specifications, and ensure successful project delivery
• Develop solutions per best practices, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting customer expectations
• Translate business requirements into solution design, develop design options and recommendations, review design and code, and manage issues and risks
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Kantata/Mavenlink, as well as between Kantata/Mavenlink and Oracle EBS for billing, revenue, and financial analytics
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance overall efficiency and productivity, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process enhancements
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, providing timely updates and progress reports

What We Are Looking For

• Proficiency in the implementation of Kantata or Mavenlink, or experience in consulting/implementing Professional Services applications in NetSuite or Oracle
• Full understanding of business process flows and concepts of Professional Services business
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of techno-functional experience in Kantata/Mavenlink, with a strong focus on implementation and integration
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze business needs and provide strategic recommendations
• Experience in business analysis and gathering business requirements, with excellent communication skills
• Kantata/Mavenlink certifications are required, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field
• Experience in designing and building integrations with Salesforce.com, Oracle EBS, and other related apps from Kantata

Nice to Have

• Experience with agile methodologies, including scrum and continuous integration environments
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS, with a strong understanding of billing, revenue, and financial analytics
• Knowledge of NetSuite or other Professional Services Automation solutions, with a focus on implementation and integration
• Experience working in a remote team environment, with a strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
