About the Role
The Key Account Manager position at AmpiFire is a critical component of the company's client success strategy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's most valuable client relationships. This role entails developing and implementing tailored success plans for each key account, ensuring clients achieve their goals and maximize their ROI with the AmpiFire platform. As a Key Account Manager, you will be working closely with other departments, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure seamless client experiences and advocate for client needs internally.
What You Will Do
- Proactively nurture and deepen relationships with key clients, becoming their trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all their AmpiFire needs
- Develop and implement tailored success plans for each key account, ensuring clients achieve their goals and maximize their ROI with the platform
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling while maintaining high retention rates among your portfolio of accounts
- Regularly review account health metrics, usage patterns, and satisfaction scores to proactively address potential issues before they impact retention
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure seamless client experiences and advocate for client needs internally
- Assist small business and agency customers with one-time strategy calls to get them set on the right path to success
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Provide feedback to the product team to help improve the platform and meet client needs
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the AmpiFire platform and its capabilities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and account management
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing client relationships
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with software-enabled agencies or similar platforms
- Knowledge of content marketing and distribution strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
