About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve product penetration goals
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and active participation in industry events
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
  • Create and execute account and territory plans, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking against targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships across all levels of customer organizations, using a consultative approach to identify needs and deliver solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve customer relationships
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including training and certification programs

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales management tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or hospitality management

Nice to Have

  • Experience in strategic selling of SAAS, training, certification, or e-learning products
  • Knowledge of the restaurant or food service industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Certification in sales or marketing, such as a CRM or sales management certification
  • Experience with data analysis and sales forecasting, including the use of tools such as Excel or Tableau
