Job Description

About the Role

The Key Account Manager position at Weekday is a critical role that involves managing the hiring pipeline for a portfolio of client companies. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the founding team and have direct interaction with clients, making this a great opportunity to develop your skills and expertise.

The first 30 days of the role will be spent in a training period, where you will work with a senior account manager to learn the ropes and assist with handling the hiring pipeline for their portfolio companies. After this period, you will be assigned your own portfolio of companies and will be responsible for managing the hiring process from start to finish.

What You Will Do

  • Source candidates using Weekday's database product for portfolio companies
  • Assist with handling the hiring pipeline for senior account managers
  • Lead check-in calls with client company founders/hiring managers
  • Manage the hiring process from start to finish for assigned portfolio companies
  • Source candidates and build relationships with potential hires
  • Conduct status checks with interview-stage candidates and resolve any blockers
  • Collaborate with the founding team to drive revenue growth and improve the hiring process
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve candidate engagement and conversion rates
  • Analyze data and metrics to optimize the hiring process and improve results
