About the Role

The Key Accounts Manager position at Johnson & Johnson MedTech is a critical role that requires a unique blend of sales acumen, customer relationship management, and market expansion skills. As a key member of the MedTech sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities. What You Will Do

  • Analyze sales data and market research to inform sales strategies and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans
  • Provide feedback and coaching to sales team members to help them improve their performance
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Johnson & Johnson MedTech's products and services

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the MedTech industry
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of the MedTech industry and its trends and developments
