About the Role

The Kitchen Technician role is a vital part of the engineering team at Four Seasons, responsible for maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment throughout the property. As a Kitchen Technician, the candidate will be responsible for training and instructing other staff members, analyzing problems, and formulating plans to get work done with high-quality results. What You Will Do

  • Maintain and repair kitchen equipment throughout the property
  • Provide day-to-day maintenance of the hotel under the direction of Engineering Management
  • Ensure a complete understanding of and adhere to the company's fire and safety procedures
  • Support and improve engineering services that effectively address problems affecting guests and associates
  • Train and instruct other members of the staff to assist them in their development and advancement
  • Analyze problems and formulate plans to get work done with high-quality results
  • Ensure that Engineering and the work area are kept clean at all times
  • Be familiar with gas systems and related safety procedures
  • Maintain communications with Supervisors to ensure that all materials, tools, and supplies are available or on order
  • Follow up on any items that may be back-ordered
  • Perform all reasonable duties requested by management
