The Knowledge & Process Excellence Lead will design, implement, and maintain a robust knowledge management framework to support operational excellence and compliance across all service areas.Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, process guides, and knowledge articles to drive consistency and improved customer outcomes
- Develop knowledge assessments to measure team competency and reduce quality failures
- Provide training on knowledge management tools and best practices
