About the Role

As a Korean Speaking Business Development Representative at Unity, you will be part of a brand-new team focused on Industry Accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to help build the playbook from the ground up, working with large, untapped territories to shape the company's approach to sales and account growth. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and account management, to drive revenue growth and expansion. The role of a BDR is critical to Unity's success, as it involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for many potential customers, and your ability to communicate effectively and build trust will be essential to your success. You will also have the opportunity to work with a wide range of industries, including automotive, healthcare, retail, and government, and to develop a deep understanding of the ways in which interactive 3D technologies can drive business outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect across large, raw territories to identify new business opportunities
  • Implement multi-channel outreach strategies, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and events
  • Book discovery meetings with mid-size to large enterprise companies
  • Research target accounts and key decision-makers to build targeted campaigns
  • Write, A/B test, and refine messaging to optimize sales outreach
  • Qualify inbound leads and route high-intent prospects to Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Maintain clean records in Salesforce and Outreach
  • Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to implement territory plans and support events
  • Track important activity, such as meetings booked and conversion rates, to continuously improve results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Unity's products and services, as well as the ways in which they can be used to drive business outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive sales and growth

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to hunt and identify new key contacts at target accounts
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and rejection
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, curious, and motivated to grow professionally
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
  • Experience collaborating with multi-functional teammates
  • Familiarity with real-time 3D/interactive technology and how it delivers value for enterprise users
  • Test-and-learn mindset with weekly proposals for new messaging experiments
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and one sales engagement platform (e.g., Outreach or Salesloft)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
