## What You Will Do - Assist in site clean-ups, including removing debris and hazardous materials - Operate a variety of tools and equipment, including power tools, cutting tools, and small machinery - Provide excellent customer service, including creating invoices and receipts and providing estimates - Assist in demolition and property maintenance projects, including cutting and removing foliage - Drive a 1-ton truck to and from job sites and dump centers - Work safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and procedures - Communicate effectively with team members and customers, providing updates on project progress - Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and vehicles - Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge - Work in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed

## What We Are Looking For - Valid Class 5 Canadian Driver's License - Minimum 2 years of driving experience - Good physical condition, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Basic sales knowledge, including creating invoices and receipts and providing estimates - Experience driving a 1-ton truck, including driving to and from job sites and dump centers - Construction or demolition experience, including familiarity with power tools, cutting tools, and small machinery - Ability to work safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and procedures - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
