What You Will Do
- Implement complex rules related to writing structure, content, register, and perspective to maintain consistency and coherence across summaries
- Conduct thorough research to verify the accuracy of information and ensure all content is factually correct
- Edit and refine summaries to improve clarity, readability, and overall quality
- Synthesize customer reviews to capture key points and overall sentiment concisely and accurately
- Apply content and editorial guidelines consistently across all customer review summaries
- Translate project guidelines into Croatian, adapting them specifically to Croatian country/locale conventions
- Utilize Excel to track and manage content projects
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency and quality across all summaries
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer review summaries and the company's content strategy

- Proven experience in content editing, summarization, localization, or similar language-focused work
