About the Role

The Real Estate Lead Manager / Follow-Up Specialist role at HYPR Service is a pivotal position that requires maintaining strong relationships with homeowners and ensuring effective communication throughout the property acquisition process. As a key member of the HYPR Service team, the Real Estate Lead Manager will report directly to the acquisitions team lead and will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient processes. This role requires a high level of autonomy, with the selected candidate working remotely from Nicaragua and managing their time effectively to meet the demands of the position.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails with homeowners to provide information and gather necessary details.
  • Nurture relationships with potential sellers and guide them through the property acquisition process.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth and timely communication with clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling appointments for property assessments and inspections.
  • Develop and implement effective follow-up strategies to maximize lead conversion rates.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the acquisitions team and contribute to the development of best practices for lead management.
  • Utilize Excel to track and analyze lead data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine the lead follow-up process to ensure it aligns with company goals and objectives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience of at least 1 year as a Follow-Up Specialist, Lead Manager, or Acquisition Specialist in a US-based real estate investing company.
  • Experience in managing or coaching real estate cold callers is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of real estate wholesaling and the property acquisition process.
  • Advanced or native English level (C1/C2) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to work remotely and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping and data analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a proactive approach to client engagement.
  • Proficient in real estate CRMs and Microsoft Excel.
