The Latin American Voice Actor role at mercor is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the development of innovative voice cloning technology. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for recording high-quality voice samples that will be used to create natural and expressive speech patterns for AI-powered CX agents. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, and offers a flexible schedule of 5-10 hours per week.The voice cloning project aims to create realistic and engaging voice experiences for customers interacting with AI-powered systems. What You Will Do

- Participate in regular check-ins with the team to discuss progress and address any challenges

What We Are Looking For
- Native Latin American Spanish speaker currently based in Latin America
- Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting
- Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup
- Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range

- Reliable availability for 5-10 hours per week over the project duration
