About the Role

Daybreak Health is seeking a remote mental health therapist to provide teletherapy services to students across Georgia. As a member of the Daybreak Health team, you will be part of a dedicated community of therapists passionate about delivering high-quality care. What You Will Do

  • Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students within the school district partnerships
  • Build trusted relationships with students and their families
  • Collaborate closely with school counselors and other providers to support student mental health
  • Provide psychoeducation and guidance to parents and caregivers
  • Participate in case consultations, team discussions, and ongoing training
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Daybreak Health's clinical programs
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions and client progress
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of mental health services

What We Are Looking For

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
  • Spanish language skills required
  • Experience working with children and adolescents
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies and interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a school setting or with educational institutions
  • Knowledge of cultural competence and trauma-informed care
  • Experience with crisis intervention and emergency response
