What You Will Do

  • Lead technical teams in the development and implementation of complex software solutions
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software applications using Java, Spring, and other relevant technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and drive software solutions that meet those needs
  • Govern technical architectures and ensure the reliability of critical application servers
  • Mentor and coach high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive business growth and improve software quality
  • Work closely with software engineers and architects to design and develop software solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that software development best practices are followed
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure the smooth deployment of software applications
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support software development and deployment

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java, Spring, and agile methodologies
  • Strong technical expertise in software development, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies such as Scrum
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and DevOps tools such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Strong understanding of software security and data privacy principles
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

  • Experience with mobile application development and deployment
