What You Will Do
- Lead technical teams in the development and implementation of complex software solutions
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software applications using Java, Spring, and other relevant technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and drive software solutions that meet those needs
- Govern technical architectures and ensure the reliability of critical application servers
- Mentor and coach high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results
- Develop and implement technical strategies to drive business growth and improve software quality
- Work closely with software engineers and architects to design and develop software solutions
- Participate in code reviews and ensure that software development best practices are followed
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure the smooth deployment of software applications
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support software development and deployment
What We Are Looking For
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java, Spring, and agile methodologies
- Strong technical expertise in software development, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies such as Scrum
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and DevOps tools such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong understanding of software security and data privacy principles
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Nice to Have
- Experience with mobile application development and deployment
- Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts and technologies
- Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
