What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data systems to support borrowing analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs
- Develop and implement data models and architectures that drive business decisions
- Work with data engineers to ensure data quality and availability

What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong understanding of data architecture and design principles
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of data security and privacy principles
