Lead Animator

What You Will Do

• Work closely with the design team to understand animation needs and lead execution on animation design and implementation
• Create and facilitate project schedules, ensuring timely completion of animation projects
• Provide direction and context to achieve a cohesive style across all animations
• Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality animations that enhance the game experience
• Mentor and guide the animation team to ensure high-quality animations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in animation and game development
• Communicate openly and effectively with the design team and other stakeholders
• Make thoughtful, efficient decisions to keep production moving smoothly
• Participate in the development of the game's overall vision and direction
