What You Will Do
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for system enhancements and upgrades
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support application upgrades, system deployments, and release management activities
- Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows in Jira
- Coordinate and execute testing efforts (SIT/UAT), ensuring system stability and quality
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements
- Provide production support and troubleshoot system-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 7-10 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
- Strong understanding of enterprise financial systems
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets
- Experience with Trintech Frontier (Fiserv)
- Hands-on involvement in testing and release processes
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system-related issues
- Experience with Jira, or similar project management tools
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based financial systems
- Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools
- Certification in Business Analysis or a related field
