About the Role
The Lead Clinical Workflow & Integration Architect plays a pivotal role in GE HealthCare's iRT software solutions team, focusing on pre-sales and post-sales customer implementation activities. This role is critical in assessing customer workflows, defining connectivity requirements, and driving the technical implementation framework. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with customers as well as service, commercial, and product teams to ensure a seamless experience and consistently high customer satisfaction.About the Role Continued
Given the rapid growth of the iRT product in the Oncology Therapy Guidance segment, the Lead Clinical Workflow & Integration Architect will address critical customer needs by working on the frontlines of customer implementation. This involves a deep understanding of customer workflows, data flows, system connectivity, and implementation requirements. The role requires acting as a key point of contact and providing cross-functional leadership to service and customer teams during customer onboarding and implementation activities.About the Team Context

- Lead the assessment of customer workflows, data flows, and system connectivity to define implementation requirements for iRT.
- Translate customer requirements into implementation inputs, workflow configuration needs, and setup documentation.
- Act as a key point of contact and provide cross-functional leadership to service and customer teams on workflow and connectivity discussions during customer onboarding and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate recurring customer pain points and propose practical solutions to improve the customer success model.
- Develop processes and tools to automate critical integration tasks, ensuring scalability and efficiency in implementations.
- Provide subject matter expertise on iRT-related interoperability, workflow configurations, and IT interfaces.
- Support customization requests from customers with hands-on coding and develop frameworks to execute customizations without triggering major design changes.
- Ensure a robust framework is in place to support the installation of updates and upgrades based on subscription offerings and perpetual service contracts.
- Lead hands-on implementation coding as needed to support service teams with installations and troubleshooting.
- Participate in testing, issue resolution, validation support activities, and go-live readiness along with the service team for configured workflows and established connections.
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
What We Are Looking For
- Experienced Engineer with 5+ years of experience, preferably with a STEM major background.
- Proven experience supporting workflow implementation, customer onboarding, installation, or technical deployment activities.
- Understanding of implementation lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, setup, testing, issue resolution, and deployment support.
- Working knowledge of JSON, XML, web services, SQL, and relational databases.
- Expertise with interconnectivity technologies, including application layer protocols such as DICOM/DICOM-RT, IHE-RO, HL7, Rest APIs, and system-to-system connectivity.
- Understanding of interface setup, data mapping, and connection troubleshooting.
- Understanding of software deployment, environment setup, and configuration management concepts.
- Strong communication skills and customer project management experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in STEM Majors.
- Previous experience with software deployments in Oncology Centers/Hospitals.
- Ability to work in a highly independent manner as well as in a team, contributing collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Working knowledge of Java, ObjectScript, cloud technologies, and InterSystems platforms.
